These are templates I’ve created over the years for my own purposes. I’ve cleaned them up and made some improvements to share with you, my amazing supporters!
All resources are available to paid subscribers, and more will be coming soon! I use Google Sheets and Docs for most of my templates since many companies use the platform these days, and it’s generally easy to export from there to other formats.
30 Day Template
A simple yet effective 30-day template I’ve used myself and with several people I’ve managed. I find it helpful to create a new page for each month in your role and continue to do this every month. If you have any suggestions on how I could update or improve this template, feel free to message me, and I’ll do my best to incorporate your feedback.

If you’re feeling stuck on your learning journey, this Skills Competency Matrix and Learning Plan template may be useful for getting started. Duplicate and make a copy of your own to use.
Stakeholder Map
Complete with an overview page that auto-updates based on the contents of the Stakeholder page, this handy tool is a great reference for whenever you send out communications to your stakeholders.
